Director Meetings

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held monthly. The purpose of these meeting is to set the program and agenda for ongoing Association business and programs.

An Annual Meeting shall be held  each year to propose a slate of officers for the next calendar year.

Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be called after the agreement of two members of the Board of Directors.
