Presenter Bio: Brian McNeilly
Brian McNeilly has over five years of experience within the field of web accessibility. A Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies, Brian has worked on hundreds of accessibility projects with clients including Fortune 500 companies, multi-national retail chains, and emerging tech start-ups. He has developed best practices and web accessibility standards with the World Wide Web Consortium (whose WCAG standards form the backbone of ADA compliance for the web), and thrice presented at CSUN ATC, the world’s largest accessibility conference.
As an independent contractor, Brian has focused his efforts on helping small to medium sized projects achieve accessibility compliance, particularly within the Northern California area. With a holistic approach to accessibility, Brian focuses not just on the technical aspects of compliance, but the overall process of creating accessible content within organizations.
